BlueLava LiftLog ("the app") is a workout logging app for iOS. Your privacy matters. This policy explains what data the app accesses, how it is used, and how it is stored.
The app stores workout logs, exercises, plans, client profiles, goals, notes, and body weight entries that you create. This data is stored on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and synced to your private iCloud account via CloudKit.
Your data is stored in your personal iCloud container. We do not have access to your iCloud data and cannot read, share, or sell it.
If you grant permission, the app reads the following from Apple Health:
This data is used to display workout stats and fitness progress within the app. The app does not write data to Apple Health. Health data is never sent off your device or shared with third parties.
If you grant permission, the app reads your calendar events to display them alongside workout plans, and can create workout reminder events in a dedicated "BL LiftLog" calendar. Calendar data is never sent off your device.
If you grant permission, the app can import a contact's name, phone number, email, and photo to pre-fill a client profile. Contact data is only used locally and is never sent off your device.
Trainers can optionally connect a Wix account to view booking data. This connection uses credentials you provide, stored securely in your device's Keychain. The integration is strictly read-only — the app never creates, modifies, or deletes data in Wix. Booking data is fetched directly from Wix to your device and is not routed through any intermediary server.
The app connects to the following services:
The app does not use analytics, crash reporting, advertising SDKs, or any other third-party tracking services. No data is shared with or sold to third parties.
All data is stored locally on your device and in your private iCloud container. Sensitive credentials (such as Wix API keys) are stored in the iOS Keychain. The app does not maintain any server or database outside of Apple's iCloud infrastructure.
You can delete your data at any time from within the app. Uninstalling the app removes all local data. To remove iCloud data, use Apple's iCloud storage management in Settings.
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
